In an effort to keep things organized, I'm setting up some rules regarding hero profiles and monarchs.
1. You can only have one monarch. The exception being republics, democracies, and general rule by committee nations.
2. There's a limit of three heroes per nation/area. This is in an effort to keep things from becoming a cluster-cinoth later on, when we're juggling maybe 15 players and nations.
3. Your heroes can't be too powerful. Magic and the human/elven/dwarven body have their limits. Don't exceed them.
4. If a hero dies, you can make another. Simple as that.
5. Keep character profiles simple and try to avoid using information that allows people to meta-game.
6. You can use what you like for profile pictures, as long as it's not NSFW.
