The kingdom of Wallachia
We, the people of Wallachia, are all about trade and protecting our land. Our capital city's of Cyrennica (our west capital) and Maltai (our east capital) are home to 2 major ports and 5 large markets and a plethora of merchants and traders. Upon having a massive trading hub, our navy and ground forces continue to provide security to all land that is under our banner of hope, the golden seagull flying high above the sea. To us, there is no better place to be then Wallachia.
Our leader is King Bryan of the House of Moor stands tried and true in our hearts and minds, as he has lead us through think and thin making sure that the flag of Wallachia continues to fly high above our heads. With the king follows his son, Prince Richard, who shows promise in taking over his fathers position when the time comes.
The military might of our country is our famed Winged Mangudai and finely made Galleon warships. Though we still maintain infantry and other types of warships. But even though our army is well equipped and maintained it is not strong enough to invade larger kingdoms, so we try to remain peaceful unless provoked.
Wallachia has a strong maritime and resource based economy with our main exports being iron, silver, marble, heavy timber (perfect for making strong ships), and weapons and armor, upon some other minor exports.
Wallachia also clams ownership of the Seavale Straight between our split lands and will put a tax on any ship that wants to pass through.
Wallachia is a kingdom welcome to most people, we aspire to meet scholars, mathematicians, and scientist to grow our library's so that generations to come can always be well educated.
We hate Elves, we want nothing to do with Elves. Elves are never welcome to Wallachia except for very very extreme circumstances.
Due to our nation being slit in two along with all the island we claim, the kingdom is split into 15 states (As seen on our map). The king has a Duma, containing 35 cabinet members, to help create bills and laws, and appoints governor to govern over each state.
In terms of defense each state has a guard/police force and local militias. Upon that we have constructed a mass series of castles, watch towers, forts, and walls to protect our borders and islands known as the Ascension Defense lines. But is one side of our kingdom is invaded, we can easily move our capital between Cyrennica and Maltai.
